Terms and conditions

Who we are

This website is operated by Tick Talent ("we", "us", "our"). Tick Talent is a go-to-market recruitment consultancy working with B2B technology startups and scale-ups.

About these terms

These terms tell you the rules for using our website at tick-talent.com, including any subdomains, booking pages, downloadable resources and content we publish.

By using our website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

These terms cover use of the website only. If you engage us to carry out recruitment work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us. Where the two conflict, the separate agreement takes priority.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. Every change is recorded by updating the date at the top of this page. Check this page each time you use our website so you know which terms apply.

Changes to our website

We update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. Content on the website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Accessing our website

Our website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or any part of the website for business or operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access our website, and for ensuring that anyone accessing it through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and download extracts, of any page from our website for your personal use. You may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our website.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status as the authors of content on our website must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the content on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our website in breach of these terms, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
